The University has a vibrant Placement Cell which helps the students and Research scholars to find suitable placements in Research Institutions, Academic Institutions, Industry and other organizations.

Aims and Objectives

The main aims and objectives of the placement cell are:

• To create awareness among students and researchers on the employment opportunities in the Government, Public and Private sectors.
• To equip the students for various types of jobs
• To organize orientation programmes on opportunities in specific fields of employment
• To act as a link between employers and employment seekers
• To provide necessary facilities for organizations to conduct Campus Recruitments for our bright pool of students.
• To bring leading organizations/companies engaged in Research and Development activities to provide employment for M.Phil. and Doctoral degree holders.
• To use the database of students and researchers effectively for providing guidance for employment.
• To coordinate the placement activities of various teaching departments
