This should be done within two weeks from the last date of the final examination. The candidate should submit the duly filled in application to ‘the Controller of Examinations, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-34’, with a fee of Rs.50/- per paper. The application form should be accompanied by a forwarding letter from the head of the institution where the candidate studied. The hall-ticket of the examination should also be sent.

In the case of private candidates theSuperintendent of Examinations in the Examination Centre should forward the application.
