The Department has launched a refereed research journal titled: Journal of Information Science and Technology as a biannual publication scheduled for publication in June and December every year. Prof. Dr E P Yesodharan, Executive Vice Chairman, Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment released the inaugural issue on 24 May 2008. Click here for the first issue.
In connection with the Silver Jubilee Celebrations, in 1986, the Department had brought out a book entitled: "Library and Information Science Education in India: New perspectives”, which incorporated the papers presented in the National Seminar held in Trivandrum, from 10 - 12 December 1986.
The Department use to bring out special volumes in connection with every Conference / Seminar organised.
