Making an impact through Research, Training, Technology Innovation and Service to Society is the vision of the Department. Department of Optoelectronics is established in 1995 under Faculty of Applied Sciences. The Department now offers M.Tech Electronics and Communication (Optoelectronics and Optical Communication), M.Phil (Photonics) and PhD (Optoelectronics) programmes.
