• Worked as expert committee member of Kerala Forests and Wildlife Department to identify Gene Pool Conservation Areas (GPCA) in Kerala State. 
• Member, Preparation of Handbook on Thematic Area (Watershed, Agriculture, Biodiversity and Sustainable Development) for XI Plan, State Planning Board and Kerala Institute of Local Administration. 
• Worked as Convener, working group constituted by Government of Kerala for finalization of Draft Environment Policy of Kerala (Environment Department, Government of Kerala).
• Worked as expert committee member in the team for Environment Impact Assessment done at Pathiramanal Island (Kerala State Biodiversity Board).
• Member, working group for State of the Environment Report     Preparation for the Union Territory of Lakshadweep (Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment). 
• Coordinator, fish monitoring programme for the rivers of Kerala (Kallada up to Neyyar), (Kerala State Biodiversity Board).
