Situated just 13 km form Thiruvananthapuram city, in a picturesque landscape ‘naturally decorated’ with rocks of different size and shape, the SUT Academy of Medical Sciences has been designed with the state of the art facilities and reputed faculty. The college cites two factors as its uniqueness. Firstly, that it is funded and managed only by professionals in medical Science and secondly, the development of a Rock Engraved Museum of History of Medicine in the Campus. The Department of Medical Education, headed by Prof. Joy Philip is highlighted as the unique selling proposition of the college.
